Texas Hunters Education Instructors Annual Conference
Join your fellow Hunter Education Instructors at our annual conference, this year in Uvalde, Texas where the wildflowers and Frio River will be beautiful.
Cost for the Conference: $45 per attendee for THEIA Members
$65 per attendee if not a member of THEIA
Included in the cost of the conference is all conference materials, social & dinner for the Area Chief Meeting on Friday night, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Breakfasts will be on your own.
Upon your arrival on Friday, check in to your hotel of choice as listed on the Lodging page. If you are in time for lunch don't miss the good food at the historical landmark, Hanger 6 Air Cafe.
You are invited to join us for dinner at the Oasis Outback Grill Friday night where will will have the Area Chief Meeting.
Our host centers for the conference on Saturday are the Willie de Leon Civic Center in the morning with afternoon breakout sessions at Southwest Junior College with two live fire workshops for hands on activities.
Our Saturday night awards banquet and auction will be at he Willie de Leon Civic Center with a special presentation by the Sahawe Dancers.
