Exhibitor/Sponsor FAQ

Below are the most commonly asked questions by our exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers. If your question is not answered below, please contact siop@siop.org.

The program advertising order and artwork deadline was January 10, 2014.

The deadline for guaranteed partnership benefits was also January 10, 2014. Exhibit booth orders and sponsorships are still being accepted, but some opportunities and benefits may no longer be available.

To find all pertinent deadlines and to-do items, click to "Visit your Checklist" on the left side menu in the Exhibitor/Sponsor Service Center after you have placed your order.

Please login to the Exhibitor/Sponsor Service Center (ESC) and click "Visit your Checklist" for our suggested to-do list in preparation for the conference.

First, log in to the Exhibitor/Sponsor Service Center. Then, click "Place an Addtional Order" on the left side menu to add an exhibit or sponsorship item to your promotional plan.

Please log into the Exhibitor/Sponsor Service Center to register your staff.

Registration allotments for exhibitors/sponsors are as follows:

-One free full registration is provided per 8' x 10' exhibit booth.  

-Diamond Level event partners ($10,000+ cumulative exhibit/sponsor/advertising spending) receive three complimentary registrations in addition to any earned through booth purchases.

-Sustaining Level event partners ($3,500-$9,999 cumulative exhibit/sponsor/advertising spending) receive two complimentary registrations in addition to any earned through booth purchases.

-Supporting Level event partners (up to $3,499 cumulative exhibit/sponsor/advertising spending) receive one complimentary registration in addition to any earned through booth purchases.

Exhibitors may have as many exhibit hall only registrants as needed to staff their booth. Individuals with this registration type are not eligible to attend conference sessions or receptions or receive a printed program.

Wednesday May 14, 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Thursday, May 15, 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

Friday, May 16, 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Note: The Exhibit Hall is NOT open on Saturday!

Exhibitor Move-Out:

Friday, May 16, 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm

SIOP contracts with GES, an exposition services company, to handle exhibitor amenities such as set-up, tear-down, technology needs, furniture rentals, and more. Some services are handled by GES and some are handled by the convention center.

Yes, SIOP provides mailing list rentals for our event registrants (postal mailing lists only - no emails). Quote request orders can be placed here.

Exhibitors and sponsors do not usually purchase the list until late February or March, as the list quantity needs time to build up after registration opens.

Yes, SIOP partners with eShow to offer lead retrieval units for rental. You can find more information by logging into the Exhibitor/Sponsor Service Center and clicking "Lead Retrieval" on the left side menu.

Organizations do not need to be event sponsors or exhibitors to host a reception at the SIOP Annual Conference, although approval must be sought from SIOP for use of reserved meeting space (email siop@siop.org for information).

SIOP exhibitors interested in hosting a reception in their booth should abide by the exhibitor rules & regulations, which can be found here.
