Exhibitors must register in a booth in order to attend Emerge.

Wednesday, January 9, 4:30 - 7:00 pm.  (All materials must be removed by 7:00 pm)

 


CANCELATION POLICY

  1. Booths - All requests for cancelation of exhibit space must be submitted in writing to RCMA before December 13, 2024. Refunds will not be made unless space is resold to another Exhibitor by RCMA. Cancelations after December 13th or failure to occupy the space during Emerge, for any reason are not refundable.
  2. Registrations - The individual registration fee will be refunded in full if the cancelation is received in writing to RCMA on or before December 13, 2024. No refunds will be given after this date. All requests must be in writing.

Emerge 2025 will include two open trade show times called the Exchange.  The Exchange is scheduled for Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM and Wednesday afternoon, 2:00 - 4:30 PM

Both days will see planners visiting suppliers in their booths.  Planners will interact with suppliers at their own pace.  Hosted Planners are asked to visit with a minium of 10 exhibitors each day.

For further networking opportunities, log into the Attendee Service Center after registering and access the "Networking" link.  This link gives you the opportunity to research all planner attendees ahead of the event by reviewing their profile details or reading the RFP they've uploaded (required of hosted planners only.)  Although there are no formal appointments this year, you can reach out through the software and set an informal time to meet.  An instructional video will be sent later this Fall.


If you’d like to donate items from your exhibit space at the conclusion of the trade show on Wednesday afternoon, please email a list of desired items to djones@rcmaweb.org.

Plants
Carpet
TVs
Branded promotional items (tchotchkes)
Apparel (branded t-shirts, etc.)
Packaged food items

If you have other items not listed, please contact us via the email link above for inquiry. 

All of these items will be collected and distributed to a local Phoenix charity.

You’ll be sent additional instructions for preparing your donated items and instructions for pick-up on Wednesday afternoon.

Once you are individually registered for Emerge, you will receive a registration confirmation with the link to make hotel reservations.  

ATTENTION:  HOUSING SCAM ALERT
Once you are registered for Emerge 2025, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to make hotel reservations in our block. Should an outside organization contact you to assist with this process, please do not book any hotel rooms with them.  RCMA has not contracted with any outside group to assist in this process.  No one from the hotel will contact you directly to make reservations.

This is an opportunity for you to "host" various planners for a time of networking and dinner.

If you opt to go out on your own, the Phoenix downtown area offers lots of premium restaurants within walking distance of the hotels.


Supplier Orientation:  This high-energy session will provide an overview of your coming encounter as well as a Q&A session. Make plans to join all suppliers on Monday at 4:00 - 5:00 pm. 

 


Temperatures in Phoenix are varied.  Average January range is lows at night in the mid 40's and mid 60's during the day.

For our daily sessions, business casual attire is appropriate.

All Emerge conference activities and trade shows are restricted to those persons over the age of 18.

The Emerge 2025 planner list is NOT for sale anywhere.  Those approaching you to purchase the list are scammers.  The planner list is only available through RCMA.
