The Emerge 2026 Exchange is the place for planners and suppliers to exchange information, ideas, and connect. The Exchange will take place on Wednesday from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm and Thursday from 2:15 - 4:15 pm.
RCMA understands the need to provide attendees with the best information possible. In order to make that happen, Hosted Planners will be required to upload current RFP's to the conference system no later than December 13th. Those planners who pay their own way to attend the Emerge 2026 are highly encouraged to upload an RFP as well. These RFP's along with contact information are accessible through the
Networking link when logged into the
Attendee Service Center in the registration software. This information can be found in your confirmation email after registering.
Although there are no formal appointments at Emerge 2026, through the
Networking link in the conference software, you can search for planners and suppliers and reach out to them prior to the event via email. For an instructional video on this process,click
