The year's open tradeshow times are Wednesday 10:00 am - 12:30 pm and Thursday from 2:30 - 4:45 pm. The new name for the tradeshow is the Exchange. This is the place for planners and suppliers to exchange information, ideas, and connect.
We understand the need to provide our attendees with the best information possible, so this year, our Hosted Planners will be required to upload current RFP's to the conference system. Those planners who pay their own way to attend the Emerge 2023 are highly encouraged to upload an RFP as well. These RFP's along with contact information are accessible through the Networking link when logged into the Attendee Service Center in the registration software.
Although there are no formal appointments at Emerge 2023, through the Networking link in the conference software, you can reach out to planners and suppliers and set informal meetings through the email system.
Emerge 2023's goal is to be the best conduit for planners and suppliers as possible. This event gives you the freedom to customize your own experience AND still provide the tools to maximize networking.
