Transportation Plan for RCMA

Arrivals into Charlotte Douglas International Airport:

• Pick up near Zone 2 – outer lane
• Look for the Emerge/RCMA logo in the window of the bus to ensure you’re getting on the right bus.
• For assistance or additional information including schedule, visit the Visitor Information Desk at the Baggage Claim between concourse B & C.
• All shuttles will be running at 50% occupancy for your safety
• All drivers will be required to wear masks and will block out the row behind them for social distancing.

• VC Staff will be on site from 10am-4pm
• Bus Company will have someone on site for duration of shuttle hours.

Schedule:

Monday, March 1
10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Shuttle service every 60 minutes from the Charlotte Airport to the Westin Charlotte & Hilton Charlotte Uptown. Last shuttle will depart airport at 10 p.m.

Tuesday, March 2
10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Shuttle service to depart every 60 minutes from the Charlotte Airport to the Westin Charlotte & Hilton Charlotte Uptown. Last shuttle will depart airport at 7 p.m.

Departures to Charlotte Douglas International Airport:

• Pick up at each hotel lobby
  • Westin Charlotte: College Street
  • Hilton Charlotte Uptown: 3^rd Street
• Look for the RCMA logo in the window of the bus to ensure you’re getting on the right bus.
• Schedule will be posted in each lobby for hours.

Taxi service is available curbside on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim level. An attendant is on duty to assist passengers from 6:45 a.m. – 12:15 a.m.
