Move-in
Tuesday, March 2nd, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Move-out
Thursday, March 4th, 4:45 - 7:00 pm.  (All materials must be removed by 7:00 pm)

 

Cancellation Policy

Registration Refund:  Full refund if cancelled by February 4, 2021.  No refunds after that.  (request must be in writing)

Boothspace Refund:  Refunds will not be made unless space is resold to another exhibitor by RCMA.  (request must be in writing)

This year, we will offer the traditional tradeshow format only.  There will be 2 tradeshow sessions this year, Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.  (Wednesday, 10:15 AM - 12:15 PM and Thursday, 2:30 - 4:30 PM)

Both days will see the planners visiting suppliers in their booths.  Planners will interact with you at their own pace.  Hosted Planners are asked to visit with a minium of 10 exhibitors each day.

The RCMA exhibitor room block is reserved at the following hotels:

Once you are individually registered for Emerge 2021, you will receive a booth registration confirmation with the link to make hotel reservations in our room block.  

ATTENTION:  HOUSING SCAM ALERT
Once you are registered for Emerge 2021, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to make hotel reservations in our block. Should an outside organization contact you to assist with this process, please do not book any hotel rooms with them.  RCMA has not contracted with any outside group to assist in this process.  The "Convention Housing Authority/Expo Services" is a well-know scam and has had many complaints filed against them.  They have attempted to poach the room block for which RCMA has contracted in the past.

Supplier Orientation:  This high-energy session will provide an overview of your coming encounter as well as a Q&A session. Make plans to join all suppliers on Tuesday at 4:00 - 5:00 pm. Who knows? You could win a valuable prize!

 

Temperatures in Charlotte in March range in lows at night around 41 and 64 during the day.

For our daily sessions, business casual attire is appropriate.

There will be a mobile app and you'll receive a timely notice with instructions for downloading and utilizing its features!

All Emerge conference activities and trade shows are restricted to those persons over the age of 18.

As you purchase booth space or register booth staff for the event, the question will appear, "Yes, I want to order an attendee list" for $65.  Mark that box and the amount will be added to the total at checkout.  

If you have already purchased booth space or registered, simply log back in and click thru the screens.  Mark "Yes, I want to order an attendee list" for $65 and checkout.

The Planner Attendee List will be emailed the week of February 1.
