Thank you for supporting the Potato Expo’s charity drive to provide Hi-Five Kids Packs through Second Harvest of Central Florida to food insecure students in Orlando. The food packs will be distributed on Fridays so children who don't have regular access to food at home have food over the weekend. The packs contain a variety of kid-friendly items such as cereal, shelf-stable milk and juice, fruit cups and more. Idahoan and Basic American Foods have generously agreed to provide kid-friendly, shelf-stable potatoes to be included in the packs.
Nearly 22 million students across the country rely on reduced-price or free school lunches, then over weekends or holiday breaks these same students often go with little or no food. Help us reach or goal of providing a minimum of 2,000 packs so we can support elementary school students through the end of the school year.
$5 = providing 1 child a Hi-Five Kids Pack one weekend $25 = providing 5 kids a Hi-Five Kids Pack one weekend $50 = providing 10 kids a Hi-Five Kids Pack one weekend $100 = providing 1 child a Hi-Five Kids Pack each weekend through the end of the school year $500 = providing 5 kids a Hi-Five Kids Pack each weekend through the end of the school year
