Exhibitor Registration & Housing

Register and reserve hotel rooms for exhibit booth personnel at Exhibitor Registration and Housing.

Booth Details

$2,600 per 10’ x 10’ booth reserved. There is a $200 additional charge per exposed corner.

Standard Booth Inclusions

  • back and side drape (inline booths)
  • Booth ID sign with company name and booth number (inline booths)
  • Eight (8) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 10’ x 10’ booth reserved, with a maximum of 40
  • Complimentary exhibit hall passes to invite your customers and prospects to PLA 2022, with a maximum of 20

Exhibitor Service Kit

Information regarding shipping, booth furniture rentals, and facility services can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit through the FreemanOnline website. If you have not previously logged in to FreemanOnline for an event, you will need to set up a username and password. Exhibitor Cancellation Policy

All booth space cancellation requests must be received in writing by Show Management (Corcoran Expositions). Kristy Wagner, Corcoran Expositions, 312-265-9667 or pla@corcexpo.com.

Appropriate Conduct

All participants are expected to observe the rules and behaviors described in the Statement of Appropriate Conduct in all conference venues, including online venues, and conference social events.

COVID-19 Safety Measures

The Public Library Association is working closely with the Oregon Convention Center to follow state and local safety measures and provide the safest environment for conference attendees. To adhere to the current COVID-19 safety measures, all PLA 2022 participants will be required to wear a mask and show either proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR or Rapid test result within 72 hours of the first day of the event. Participants will also be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver during the registration process.
