If you weren't able to join us for the PLA 2020 Virtual Conference, we're happy to share that all ten recorded programs from the PLA 2020 Virtual Conference are now available on-demand. The programs were selected from among the highest rated in the PLA 2020 session preference survey, and were originally presented on Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28.
Purchase Details
Cost: $33 per session for PLA Personal Members; $49 per session for Nonmembers; $199 per session for Group*
Includes: Access to the program recording for one year from date of purchase.
*Group rate is for viewing by staff at a single library, including all its branches/outlets.
Live Programming
The PLA 2020 Virtual Conference consisted of live programming on Thursday, February 27 and Friday, February 28, including five 60-minute programs each day, plus author interviews and opportunities for networking.

Registration
Registration for the PLA 2020 Virtual Conference closed 4:30 PM Central on Monday, February 24, 2020. Due to technical preparations for the event, we are unable to accept additional registrations.

Cancellation Policy
The PLA 2020 Conference is offered on a cost-recovery basis. PLA reserves the right to cancel all or any part of this event—including the Virtual Conference—if there is insufficient registration or for other reasons. Neither ALA nor PLA is responsible for losses incurred due to the cancellation of the workshops. The event’s operating hours, schedules, guests, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations, requests for refunds, and/or changes for the Virtual Conference only will be accepted until Wednesday, February 5, 2020, and are subject to a $30 handling fee. No telephone cancellations/refund requests can be accepted. After Wednesday, February 5, 2020, no requests for refunds will be accepted and no exceptions will be made to the policy. Registrations made after Wednesday, February 5, 2020 are nonrefundable. Refunds meeting the above criteria will be processed by Monday, March 30, 2020.
Appropriate Conduct
All participants are expected to observe the rules and behaviors described in the Statement of Appropriate Conduct in all conference venues, including online venues, and conference social events.
