Housing
We're looking forward to an amazing PLA conference and based on current registration numbers, so are you! Registration and housing are tracking higher for Nashville than for previous PLA conferences. This means we currently have very low inventory in our downtown Nashville hotels over the entire dates of the conference. If you cannot find a hotel available for your dates, please select HOTEL PENDING. We are working to add additional inventory. Once a hotel is available, your reservation will be confirmed. Please be aware that the new inventory may not be in the immediate downtown area and may require transportation to/from the Music City Center. PLA will provide a $50 Lyft card to attendees booking within the PLA hotel block and staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown/The Gulch and any new properties outside of the downtown area.
Reserving your room through Experient, PLA’s official housing company, ensures you’ll receive a great price at a quality hotel. Registration and housing are now open, and conference registration is required to book housing. If you are already registered for the conference and need to add a hotel, then you can either:
- Call Experient at 800-424-5249 (U.S. and Canada) or 847-996-5829 (all other countries); or
- Log into your profile at Attendee Registration and Housing.
Deadline for housing reservations is Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Housing reservations will not be accepted after this date. If you’re an exhibitor, please visit Exhibitor Registration and Housing.
