Response and Recovery: Managing a Racial Crisis
A rash of racial and bias incidents in schools are causing fragmentation and division not unlike what we see across the country, especially on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. School districts don't know where to start, what to do or are taking too long to address the incident. Managing a racial crisis in the moment may be one of the toughest leadership challenges, but recovering from one can be equally daunting if not more so.
