Welcome to the 2023 NASPA Annual Conference Exhibitor Page!
NASPA is excited to host the 2023 Annual Conference in Boston, Massachusetts! The exhibit hall, the majority of educational program sessions, and all keynote speakers will be held at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, April 1 - April 5, 2023. We are expecting thousands of student affairs professionals from across the nation and other countries to attend. This is an excellent opportunity to meet people within the industry and showcase your organization/company in our exhibit hall.
We are delighted to announce continued additions for 2023:

The NASPA Commons Area and other events will be in close proximity to the Exhibit Hall: The opportunity for more foot traffic will be available with the additional entrance connecting the exhibit hall to the highly frequented NASPA Commons Area.
We have outsourced with eShow again to make your online experience as smooth as possible. Some of the perks to this online system include the following
- Pay online with a credit card.
- Live profile updates of your booth information.
- Corporate Engagement Service Center for immediate access to the latest updated information regarding the conference.
- Much more.
EXHIBITOR BENEFITS
- Booth package includes: one (1) six-foot table, two (2) chairs, one (1) waste basket, identification sign, back drape and side drape. Note: The 2023 exhibit hall booth space is not carpeted. You will need to rent carpet or bring your own flooring if desired.
- Wireless internet connectivity at your booth included (ability to check e-mail and light web browsing).
- Each 10x10 booth purchased includes two (2) exhibitor registrations (for company representatives only).
- Dedicated breaks held in the exhibit hall.
- An alphabetical company web site listing.
- The opportunity to participate in over 40 sponsorship opportunities and other marketing strategies.
- Listing of your company's name, web site and company description in the meetings mobile app (if purchased before February 15, 2023).

An electronic mailing and e-mail list of registered attendees approximately three (3) weeks prior to the conference. Note: This list will only include those attendees who have consented to have their information shared with exhibitors and sponsors. NASPA members will receive both e-mail addresses and mailing addresses.
- General security guard services.
- Exhibitor Liability Insurance (new benefit included with booth fees).
- Daily aisle maintenance.

NASPA STRATEGIC PLAN
Equity, justice, and civic engagement are prominent elements of the 2019-2024 NASPA Strategic Plan, which aims to fulfill the promise of higher education through advocacy for student success, equity, inclusion, and social justice, research and scholarship, and professional development and engagement.
NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT
NASPA is dedicated to providing a welcoming environment and strives to address the interests of its members and the student affairs profession on issues related to social justice, equity, and inclusion. We seek to foster a positive environment built upon a foundation of trust, respect, open communications, and ethical behavior.
Policy Statement
It is the policy of NASPA not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, gender identity, gender expression, affectional or sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability in any of its policies, programs, publications, and services. NASPA prohibits discrimination and harassment at any time, including during its events or within publications and online learning communities.
NASPA participants are expected to conduct themselves in all NASPA capacities, events, and settings with:

Consideration and respect in their speech and actions and in their personal, professional and business conduct toward participants, NASPA and venue employees, exhibitors, and sponsors;

Honesty in their professional relationships, including refraining from taking credit for the work of others without specific acknowledgement and authorization;

Courtesy and respect for individuals’ personal boundaries; and

Behavior that is free from:

Demeaning, discriminatory, insulting, or harassing language or actions, or language and actions that enforce dominance, in person or online;

Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to unwelcome sexual advances, sexual imagery and language, requests for sexual favors, deliberate intimidation, stalking, and other verbal or physical harassment;

Content recording without the permission of the participants; and
-
Sustained disruption of sessions or events.
