Welcome to the 2017 NASPA Annual Conference Exhibitor Page!

NASPA is excited to host the 2017 NASPA Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas.  The exhibit hall, a majority of educational program sessions and all featured speakers will be held at the San Antonio Center.  We are expecting over 6,000 plus Student Affairs professionals from across the nation and other countries to attend.  This is an excellent opportunity to meet people within the industry and showcase your organization/company in our exhibit hall.

We have outsourced with eShow again to make your online experience as smooth as possible. Some of the perks to this online system include the following:

  • Exhibitor Service Center for immediate access to the latest up-dated information regarding the conference.

EXHIBITOR BENEFITS

  • Booth package includes: one six-foot table, two folding chairs, one waste basket, identification sign, back drape and side drape. Note: The 2017 exhibit hall booth space is NOT carpeted.  You will have carpet rental options in the Freeman Show Kit.
  • Wireless internet connectivity at your booth included (for e-mail checking/web browsing)
  • All booths purchased includes four (4) full time registrations per booth purchased.
  • Dedicated breaks held in the exhibit hall.
  • An alphabetical company listing on the NASPA Conference Web site.
  • The opportunity to participate in over 30 sponsorship opportunities, gift card raffles, and other marketing strategies.
  • Listing of your company's name, address and contact information along with a 50-word company description in the meeting Program Booklet distributed on-site to meeting attendees (if purchased before January 15, 2017).
  • An electronic list of pre-registered attendees, distributed one month before the conference (excludes phone and e-mail addresses).
  • An electronic list of all attendees to be distributed one month post-conference (excludes phone and e-mail addresses).
