1. Start Your 2024 Policy & Issues Forum Exhibit Booth Application:
To begin the exhibitor application, please click Start at the bottom of this page. 

2. Exhibit Space Selection: 
Booth locations are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the booth you select, although it is not highlighted red (meaning sold) on the floor plan, may already be requested by another exhibitor whose application was received before yours. Please be sure to indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd booth choices. 

3. Payment:
At least 50% payment must accompany the application. 

Credit Card Payment:
To ensure immediate exhibit placement, please complete the online application, providing your credit card payment during the process.   

Check Payment:
If paying by company check, after you complete the online application, an invoice will be emailed to you. Your company check must be received before your company participation can be confirmed. 100% payment is due by December 1, 2023. Payments are not refundable within 60 days of the show date.

4. Confirmation:
The NACHC exhibits team will confirm paid online reservations and exhibit space assignments within 5 business days of receiving your application. For check payments, a confirmation will be provided once your check is received and processed.

5. Exhibit Categories and Pricing:

6. Exhibits include:

  • Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations. (Additional registrations may be purchased at the discounted rate of $600 each for NACHC members and $700 each for nonmembers.)
  • One (1) six-foot skirted table and two (2) chairs
  • ID sign and wastebasket
  • Preregistration list
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Your organization's profile listed in the NACHC Mobile app and program Exhibit Guide
  • BONUS: the expo hall is already carpeted!
