1. Start Your Booth Reservation:
To get started with your booth reservation, click Start at the bottom of this page to complete the online Exhibitor Application. Be sure to provide your company profile and logo for the Exhibit Guide that will appear in the conference program.

2. Booth Selection: 
Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please understand that the booth you have selected, although it is not highlighted red (meaning sold) on the floor plan, may already be requested by another exhibitor whose reservation was received prior to your submission. Please be sure to indicate your 2nd and 3rd booth choices, in case your first choice isn't available. 

NACHC Corporate Members are encouraged to reserve booths near the NACHC Booth (#303).

Community Health Ventures (CHV) Partners are encouraged to reserve booths near the CHV Booth (#403). Booths in the CHV "ViP Row" are reserved for ViP, ViS, ViL, ViB and ViD Partners and include booths 411, 413, 501, 503, 505, 507, and 510. To reserve a CHV Partner booth, you must contact exhibits@nachc.org for prior approval. 

3. Payment:
At least 50% booth payment must accompany the application in order for an exhibit booth to be confirmed for the FOM/IT Expo.  

Credit Card Payment:
To ensure immediate booth placement, complete the online application, providing your credit card payment, and a booth will be assigned in the order the application is received.  

Check Payment:
If you must pay using a company check, please complete the online application, and an invoice will be emailed to you. Your company check must be received before your company participation can be confirmed. 

Payment of 100% is due on booth reservations made within 90 days of the show date. Payments are not refundable within 90 days of the show date. Booths must be paid in full by September 16, 2022.

4. Confirmation:
The NACHC Exhibits Team will confirm paid online reservations and booth assignments within 5 business days of receiving your application. For check payments, a confirmation will be provided once your check payment is received and processed. This may take a minimum of a week or more, depending on when your check payment is received. 

4. Booth Includes, at no charge:

10 x10 booth:

  • Standard Booth Equipment
    • drapery
    • one (1)  6’ draped table
    • two (2) chairs
    • company ID sign
  • Complimentary Conference Registrations
    • each 10 x10 booth includes (2) two full conference registrations
    • additional registrations may be purchased at the discounted rate of $600 per person for NACHC corporate members and $700 for non-members
  • Complimentary Wi -Fi Access
  • Company Profile in Exhibit Guide
  • Show Security
  • Online Exhibitor Service Manual
  • BONUS: the expo hall is carpeted so carpet rental is not necessary!

  • Standard Booth Equipment
    • drapery
    • two (2) 6’ draped tables
    • four (4) chairs
    • company ID sign
  • Complimentary Conference Registrations
    • each 10 x 20 booth includes (4) four full conference registrations
    • additional registrations may be purchased at the discounted rate of $600 per person for NACHC Corporate members and $700 for non members
  • Complimentary Wi -Fi Access
  • Company Profile in Exhibit Guide

  • Online Exhibitor Service Manual
