Welcome to the 2018 CHI Exhibitor Service Center (ESC)

Exhibitor Service Kit:

The exhibit service kit will be available in mid-July. 
 

The official general service contractor for NACHC is Hargrove. The exhibit service kit, includes but is not limited to information such as order forms for additional booth equipment, internet, electric, audio visual services and more. In addition, this kit will contain shipping and drayage information. 

Remember, each 8x10 booth unit does include 1-6' draped and skirted table, two arm chairs, a wastebasket and an ID sign. Any additional supplies needed for your exhibit booth will need to be supplied by your company or rented through Hargrove.

The Service Kit will be emailed to each confirmed exhibitor's trade show coordinator from Hargrove within five days of your booth confirmation.  Please note, in the past we have been informed that the service kit was not received by email where we often find that the email is caught in a company's junk mail.  Keep that in mind and plan to check back to the ESC to access the service kit starting June 18th.

Exhibit Profile:

Please remember to check your exhibit profile for accuracy.  Should you need to update your profile at any time, you may do so by logging into the ESC.  Keep in mind all profiles MUST be updated by September 5, 2018 in order for all updates to be captured in the printed exhibit guide. 

 

Booth Staff Registrations:

Each 8x10 unit will receive two conference registrations complimentary.  Any registrations after that will be charged at $700 per registration or $600 per registration for corporate members.  Conference participation is an important part of the return on your investment of time and money.  I encourage you to take full advantage of all that our conference has to offer!  Please be sure all booth staff are registered by August 6, 2018.
