1. Start Your 2023 CHI & EXPO Exhibit Space Reservation:
To get started reserving your exhibit space, click Start at the bottom of this page to complete the online exhibitor application. 

2. Exhibit Space Selection: 
Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please understand that the location you select, although it is not highlighted red (meaning sold) on the floor plan, may already be requested by another exhibitor whose reservation was received prior to your submission. Please be sure to indicate your 1st, 2nd and 3rd location preferences, in case your first choices are no longer available. 

3. Payment:
At least 50% payment must accompany the application in order for exhibit space to be confirmed. 

Credit Card Payment:
To ensure immediate exhibit placement, please complete the online application, providing your credit card payment during the process.   

Check Payment:
If you must pay using a company check, please complete the online application, and an invoice will be emailed to you. Your company check must be received before your company participation can be confirmed. 100% payment is due by June 23, 2023. Payments are not refundable within 60 days of the show date.

4. Confirmation:
The NACHC exhibits team will confirm paid online reservations and exhibit space assignments within 5 business days of receiving your application. For check payments, a confirmation will be provided once your check is received and processed. This may take a week or more.

6. Exhibits include:

  • 2 complimentary full conference registrations (Additional registrations may be purchased at the discounted rate of $600 per person for NACHC members and $700 for nonmembers.)
  • ID sign and wastebasket
  • Tabletops and booths include a 6' skirted table and 2 chairs
  • Kiosks include a built-in counter, custom graphics, and 2 stools
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Your organization's profile, with contact information, listed in the NACHC Mobile app and Exhibit Guide
  • BONUS: the expo hall is carpeted, so carpet rental is not necessary!
