Exhibitor Application


Welcome to the 2022 Community Health Institute (CHI) & EXPO! 

Please follow these four easy steps to reserve your booth:  

  1. Complete the Exhibit Space Application: All reservations are completed online. Be sure to include your 75 word company profile for the printed exhibit guide.  You may also purchase sponsorships and additional marketing opportunities, such as NACHCopoly, the opt-in pre-show attendee list, etc..
  2. Booth Section:  Booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Please understand that the booth you have selected, although it is not highlighted red (meaning sold) on the floor plan, may already be requested by another exhibitor whose reservation was received prior to this submission.  This is why we request you select multiple booths.  If the booths you have selected are not available, you will be assigned a booth closest to your preferred selections. 
  3. Reserved Booths:  NACHC Corporate Members  and CHV Partners have a first choice on the Expo floor and advance access to sales. If you are interested in becoming a NACHC Member, please contact membership@nachc.com for more information.    
  4. Payment:  You may pay via credit card or check.  In order for your booth to be assigned and your reservation to be confirmed immediately, a 50% deposit via credit card MUST accompany this reservation.  If you must pay by check, you may select check payment and an invoice will be emailed to you however a booth will not be assigned, nor will a booth be held until your check payment is received and processed.  Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process your check once it is received, therefore payment via credit card is strongly encouraged.  Payment in full is due on all booths 90 days prior to the beginning show date or your booth space will be released and resold. Payment of 100% is due on booth reservations made within 90 days of the show date.
  5. Confirmation:  Once you have submitted your exhibit application with payment via credit card, you will receive a confirmation email within 3 business days from NACHC Exhibit Management to confirm the acceptance of your booth application and your approved booth location or if you are paying via company check, you will receive an invoice.      

CHI EXPO - Each 10 x 10 booth includes:

  • Two (2) conference registration providing access to all sessions and events during the conference (Any additional exhibit staff registrations, beyond the complimentary allotment, are available at a discounted rate of $600 each for NACHC corporate members and $700 for non members)
  • One (1) 6’ x 30” draped and skirted table
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Your company profile, with contact information, will be available via the NACHC Mobile App, conference website, and printed conference program
  • ID signage
  • Free basic conference Wi-Fi access
  • Basic hotel-grade carpeting throughout the exhibit hall space
  • Overnight security in the exhibit hall

  • Sunday, August 28, 2022             8:00 am - 11:00 am
    • All exhibits must be completed by 11:00 am 
Expo Hours: 
  • Sunday, August 28, 2022             12:00 pm - 6:30 pm 
  • Monday, August 29, 2022             7:30 am - 3:30 pm 
  • Tuesday, August 30, 2022            7:30 am - 10:30 am

Exhibitor Move-Out:

  • Tuesday, August 30, 2022           10:30 am - 3:00 pm

Cancellation by Exhibitor/Sponsor or NACHC

In the event of cancellation or relocation of an event due to circumstances within NACHC's direct control, NACHC is limited to refund payment received for exhibit space. In the event NACHC has no control over the cancellation or relocation of an event, NACHC will have no liability of any kind to the Exhibitor but will refund any fees paid to NACHC by the Exhibitor less any and all expenses incurred by NACHC for advertising, administration, or similar and related costs determined at the time of cancellation. NACHC does not have control over Acts of God (e.g., earthquake, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, tornado, hurricane, etc.), Acts of Government (e.g., war, embargo, travel restrictions, curtailment of transportation facilities, etc.), Acts of Man (e.g., terrorism, strike, civil disorder, etc.) or any other circumstance over which NACHC has no control, making it impossible, illegal, or commercially impractical to conduct the event.

Any exhibitor who cancels booth space prior to 60 days of first day of the show will forfeit and pay NACHC as liquidated damages a sum of money equal to 50% of the full price of said exhibitor's booth space. Any exhibitor who cancels between 59 days and the first day of the show will forfeit and pay NACHC as liquidated damages 100% of the full price of said exhibitor's booth space. These damages do not include any fees owed to Hargrove, NACHC's official decorator. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the NACHC Exhibits Director. Sponsorship Cancellations will follow this same policy. Cancellation of any marketing or advertising opportunities will be non-refundable.
