The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is hosting the 2024 Conference for Agricultural Worker Health on April 23-25, 2024. The conference is scheduled to occur in-person at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta in Atlanta, GA. This is the only national conference dedicated solely to the health and well-being of America’s migratory and seasonal agricultural workers and their families. NACHC sponsors this conference each year to bring together leaders in migrant health to learn from each other to improve the health and well-being of this population. This conference is tailored for health center Executive and Program Management staff as well as health center Boards of Directors. NACHC is now accepting proposals for educational sessions. 3. Terms
    • All abstract proposals will be reviewed by a national conference planning committee composed of health center, PCA, HCCN, National Training and Technical Assistant Partners (NTTAP) leaders, with support from NACHC staff.
    • Remuneration: Speakers qualify for a $50 discount on conference registration fees. No travel or hotel expenses will be provided to faculty accepted through the abstract submission process.
    • The deadline for proposals is 5:00 pm ET on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
    • We invite you to forward this Call for Abstracts to your colleagues who might be interested in presenting at the NACHC Conference for Agricultural Worker Health.
    • This is a competitive process. Due to the limited number of available education session slots, not all proposals will be accepted for conference presentation. Submitters will be notified of their abstract status by January 16, 2024.
Thank you for your continued support of NACHC and the professional development of the health center workforce and Boards of Directors!
