Shuttles

Hoosier Shuttle offers shuttle service from Indianapolis International Airport to Fort Wayne.  Rates and booking can be found on their website.

Local Transportation

An Airport Shuttle is available to the Hilton Hotel in downtown Fort Wayne. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services also serve the Fort Wayne International Airport.

All of the conference events are scheduled within a block or two of the hotels and convention center, so once you have arrived in Downtown Fort Wayne, you will probably not find transportation necessary beyond that small radius. In addition to rideshare services like Uber and Lyft, our Hospitality Desk may be able to help if you want to travel beyond the downtown area.

Parking

For those driving or with rental cars, daily parking is available in nearby garages for $8/day. For those staying at the Conference hotels, special hotel overnight parking rates range from $10 to $15. Confirm this with your hotel reservation.
