Exhibit Hall will be open all afternoon for attendees. Share Fair will be Sunday afternoon, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in an area adjacent to Exhibit Hall. No presentations will be scheduled until the evening keynote.

· All booths are 10’ x 10’, with pipe and drape

· One 6’ x 30” table, two chairs and a wastebasket

· Additional chairs and tables are available upon request

· Up to 2 staff registrations


Electrical service will be available, at no charge, but it must be requested ahead of time.  Send an email exhibitors@iajgs2025.org if you are unsure you requested electrical.


The conference will provide wireless Internet throughout the conference areas

All staff members must be registered through the Partner Service Center at www.iajgs2025.org in order to receive a badge granting access to the Exhibit Hall. Booth Staff Registration DOES NOT include access to any of the sessions of the conference. You must be registered as a speaker or pay to attend the sessions.


  • Booth assignments will be made approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference and communicated to exhibitors at that time
  • An interactive Exhibit Hall layout will be available on the conference website and mobile app. Attendees will be able to click on a booth to see who is located there. Also, attendees can click on the company profile to get a booth number


  1. Sponsors can upload from 1 to 4 of each item, depending on the level of sponsorship.
  2. Go to Partner Service Center at www.iajgs2025.org and log in using the password you received when your registration was approved.
  3. Under the “Exhibitor/Sponsors” tab on the main menu, go to “Directory Listing Enhancements”
  4. Click on + (plus sign) for either Documents or Videos
  5. Click “Add”
  6. You need to enter a Title and Description of your item
  7. You can upload a header image (optional) as .png, .gif, .jpg, or .jpeg format with maximum size of 1697 pixels wide and 1169 pixels high
  8. For Documents - Click on “Choose File” to locate you file on your computer. You can upload .pdf, .doc or .docx.
  9. For Videos – Click on Video URL – the video will have to be available online.
  10. You can choose the order in which your documents appear or leave it blank.
  11. Click SAVE.
Documents and Videos each have their own section in your Customer Profile. Attendees will see this information after clicking on Sponsor Listing under “Exhibitors/Sponsors”


  1. Ad deadline is June 15, 2025
  2. Ads are submitted the same way for Sponsors and Advertisers
  3. Go to Partner Service Center and Log in
  4. Go to the menu item for “Exhibitors/Sponsors” and click on “Submit Ads for Sponsors & Advertisers”
  5. You will see the item that is included in your Sponsor Package or what you purchased as an Advertiser.
  6. Click on Edit
  7. You will see a description of the ads you purchased (for example, Quarter Page Ad-Daily Planner) and the specifications for the ad.
  8. Click on “Choose File” and find the location on your directory that contains the ad
  9. Ads can be submitted in the following formats: JPT/JPEG, TIF/TIFF, PNG OR EPS. We cannot accept a PDF format online.
  10. Ads must be at least 300 dpi
  11. Don’t forget to click SAVE

Exhibitor and Sponsor staff will review your ad submission to make sure it conforms to conference guidelines. Once approved, you will receive an email confirming your ad has been approved.
