Welcome! Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 45^th IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy

DO NOT click on the REGISTER NOW button at the top of this page.  This is only used to register as an Attendee.  You will register all booth staff in the Partner Service Center instead. IMPORTANT: If you are planning to attend as booth staff you must register yourself as booth staff once you get to the Partner Service Center. This is not necessary if you are already registered as a speaker or attendee or plan to register as a full attendee.

You will need to scroll down and click on the START button to begin your Exhibitor Registration.

Submitting your Exhibitor Application is a quick process, and you can edit your details at any time via the conference website. Your Exhibitor profile will be available in the Partner Service Center, and will sync with any future changes you make.

• Use a desktop or laptop computer! Notebooks and other mobile devices, such as smart phones or an iPad, may not display or execute registration pages correctly.
• Follow through to the end! After starting this process, do not close the application window until you have completed the final step on the Payment page, or none of your data will be saved. You must have a credit card to complete the application.
• Allow enough time to complete the entire process in a single sitting. This should only take 10 minutes. The site does not save any data for incomplete registration sessions. You do not have to fill in all the information now. You may leave non-required fields blank, complete the application form, and come back later to the Partner Service Center to add or update data.

• Your Primary contact is the person who is the individual responsible for selecting your level of support, not necessarily the person staffing the booth. This will come later.
• The billing address is the same as the company address.
• Exhibitor Products and Payment – Choose the number of booths you wish to purchase. You are limited to 2 booths online. Please contact exhibitors@iajgs2025.org if you wish to purchase additional booths. Each booth costs $250 and allows for 2 staff registrations.
• The Exhibitor Application is structured to accept credit card payments only. You will not be able to complete the registration without paying. Please have your credit card number ready.
• You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been submitted.
• You will receive another email once your application has been accepted.
