Welcome! Thank you for your interest in being a Sponsor of the 45th IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy

Submitting your Sponsor Application is a quick process, and you can edit your details at any time via the conference website. Your Sponsor profile will be available in the Partner Service Center, and will sync with any future changes you make.
  • Use a desktop or laptop computer! Notebooks and other mobile devices, such as smart phones or an iPad, may not display or execute registration pages correctly.
  • Follow through to the end! After starting this process, do not close the application window until you have completed the final step on the Payment page, or none of your data will be saved. You must have a credit card to complete the application.
  • Allow enough time to complete the entire process in a single sitting. This should only take 10 minutes. The site does not save any data for incomplete registration sessions. You do not have to fill in all the information now. You may leave non-required fields blank, complete the application form, and come back later to the Partner Service Center to add or update data.
Please click “Start” below to begin the application. Follow the prompts to enter the information necessary. Any item marked in red is mandatory.

DO NOT click on the REGISTER NOW button at the top of this page. This is only used to register as an Attendee. You will register all booth staff on the Partner Service Center instead. IMPORTANT  If you are planning to attend as booth staff you must register yourself as booth staff once you get to the Partner Service Center. This is not necessary if you are already registered as a speaker or attendee or plan to register as a full attendee.
  • Your Primary contact is the person responsible for managing your registration and participation
  • The billing address is the same as the company address.
  • Products and Payment – Please indicate your Sponsorship Level from the choices given.
  • You may pay for your sponsorship by credit card, check or with a wire transfer. If paying by check you will be asked to enter your check number at the completion of the application. If a check will be sent later you can select “send invoice” in the payment field. Your application is not complete until payment has been received.
  • You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been submitted.
  • You will receive another email once your application has been accepted which will include information to access the Partner Service Center in order to upload documents or add staff members.
