Welcome! Thank you for your interest in advertising at the 45th IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy.

There are two opportunities for advertising – the Conference Planner and the Banquet Program. Below are the specifications for both.

NOTE. Final size of Daily Planner will be 11” X 8 ½ “ (H X W). Different sized ads have different orientation.

Color: You may submit your ad in color or black & white. Prices are different.

Format: All ads must be submitted as JPG/JPEG, TIF/TIFF, or PNG. OR, if possible, eps format.

Resolution: All ads must be at least 300 dpi at the specified size of the ad.

 NOTE: Final size of Banquet Program will be 8 ½” X 5 ½ “(H X W). Two sizes have different orientations.

Resolution: All ads submitted must be at least 300 dpi at the specified size of the ad

 
Registration Tips 
  • Use a desktop or laptop computer! Notebooks and other mobile devices, such as smart phones or an iPad, may not display or execute registration pages correctly.
  • Follow through to the end! After starting this process, do not close the application window until you have completed the final step on the Payment page, or none of your data will be saved. You must have a credit card to complete the application.
  • Allow enough time to complete the entire process in a single sitting. This should only take 10 minutes. The site does not save any data for incomplete registration sessions. You do not have to fill in all the information now. You may leave non-required fields blank, complete the form, and come back later to the Partner Service Center to add or update data.

  •  Your Primary contact is the person responsible for selecting your level of support
  • The billing address is the same as the company address.
  • Products and Payment – Please indicate your Advertising Level from the choices given. You can choose advertising in the Conference Planner or the Banquet Program or both
  • This portal is structured to accept credit card payments only at this time. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation that your application has been submitted.
  • You will receive another email once your application has been accepted.
