System Requirements

Before the Conference starts, you should make sure that your computer equipment meets the requirements for connecting to the Conference. Here is a list of things to do.

1. Perform an Internet speed test at www.speedtest.net.

2. Perform a Big Marker system check at www.bigmarker.com/system_check.

3. If you are using Google Chrome and are experiencing difficulty connecting to the Big Marker platform, please check your version of Chrome. Big Marker requires version 86 or higher.

   To figure out which version of Chrome you have, in the upper right-hand corner of the browser, click on the menu item (three dots arranged vertically). Then position the mouse over the “Help” item to open its sub-menu and click on “About Google Chrome”. When you do that, Chrome automatically checks for and installs any updates and then displays the current version number. In most cases, Chrome will launch the update. If it does not, then you need to contact your system administrator and use a different browser to access Big Marker.
