The 41st IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, from Monday August 2 through Thursday August 5, 2021, at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown hotel.
The conference is hosted by the International Association of Jewish Genealogical Societies (IAJGS), an umbrella organization of more than 90 Jewish genealogical organizations worldwide. The IAJGS coordinates and organizes activities such as the annual IAJGS International Conference on Jewish Genealogy and provides a unified voice as the spokesperson on behalf of its members. The IAJGS’s vision is of a worldwide network of Jewish genealogical research organizations and partners working together as one coherent, effective, and respected community—enabling people to succeed in researching Jewish ancestry and heritage.
The IAJGS conference chair is Judi Missel, who can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
This year, the conference local host is the Jewish Genealogical and Archival Society of Greater Philadelphia. The conference was held previously in Philadelphia in 2009 and 1989.
The local conference chair is Fred Blum, past-president of the JGASGP. He can be reached at email@example.com.
