Tickets for “Q & A with the Experts” Breakfasts, Affinity Group Luncheons, and the Monday Night Gala Banquet may be purchased through the registration system.
Note that the online registration system will close on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at 11:59 pm CDT. You may add or change meal reservations via the Attendee Service Center through that date. However, no refunds will be made after July 1.
“Q & A with the Experts” Breakfasts are $42 per person and will take place from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. Tickets may be purchased only by and for the registered attendee. A meal ticket is required for participation (no one may attend “just to listen”), and attendance is limited to 25.
The meal will include coffee, tea, and juice in the original packaging; whole, uncut fruit; and some kind of breakfast bar and/or pastry that will have an OU hechsher.

JewishGen Research Division, Special Interest Group (SIG), and Birds-of-a-Feather (BOF) Luncheons are $68 per person and will take place from 12:00 to 1:15 pm. Tickets may be purchased only by and for the registered attendee. A meal ticket is required for participation (no one may attend “just to listen”), and attendance is limited to 100.
All of the SIG Luncheons will be served ALL KOSHER and BOXED with garden salad; three sandwich choices of either tuna salad, egg salad, or falafel; a whole, uncut fruit; and a dessert.

For those not attending an affinity group luncheon, kosher boxed lunches may be pre-ordered for Sunday through Thursday at a cost of $75 each (that, sadly, is not a typo). The contents and food choices are the same as for the Affinity Group Luncheons.
[Return to Top]New this year, the Gala Banquet is included at no additional charge for all paying Primary and Spouse/Domestic Partner attendees. For others, and for extra guest tickets, the cost is $115 per person for non-kosher meals and $135 for kosher options. The Gala Banquest will take place from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Monday evening. Dinner plates will be served at the Banquet. Choices are chicken, salmon, or vegetarian shells, kosher or non-kosher. Registered attendees may purchase a ticket for up to three additional guest tickets.

If you have already registered for the Conference:
Go to the Attendee Service Center from the REGISTRATION tab. Sign in with the email address you used for registration and the password from your confirmation message (or any new password that you created later).
On the Welcome page, click on “Update Your Info” (if you were already logged into the Attendee Service Center, you can just select the UPDATE YOUR REGISTRATION & INFO item under the REGISTRATION tab).
On the Update page, click the “Edit” link in the EDIT column in the row for the registrant whose information you want to update.
Continue through the registration form. On the Meal Events page, make your selections. (This would be a good time to update or add other information and to review your family surnames and historical towns.) Be sure to continue through to the end, including the payment and confirmation sections.
