1. Use this area only after you have already registered for the VIRTUAL Conference and want to make changes. Even if you were registered for the in-person San Diego conference, you must register again for the Virtual Conference. To start a new registration, click HERE.

Update Registration Forms

If both a primary attendee and a spouse/domestic partner have already registered, either one may log in here and will have access to the registration forms for both registrations. Remember that when updating a registration form, you must proceed through the entire form to the end. Otherwise, no data will be updated.

Update Demographic Information

The ATTENDEE PROFILE EDIT menu item will allow you to quickly update data not related to purchases without having to go through the many pages of the registration form. However, only the data for the person who logged in can be edited.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link under the “Sign In” button in the “PLEASE SIGN IN” area to the right. A window will pop up that asks for your email address. Enter it and click the “Send” button. An email message will be sent to you with instructions for resetting your password. (If you have forgotten what email address you used to register and cannot find your confirmation message, write to for assistance.)
