Meal Events
It is now possible, through the registration system, to purchase tickets for Breakfasts with the Experts, SIG Luncheons, Boxed Lunches, the Reception at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and the Gala Banquet.
Note that the online registration system will close on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 11:59 pm CDT. You may add or change meal reservations via the Attendee Service Center through that date. However, no refunds will be made after July 1.

Breakfasts with the Experts
Breakfasts with the Experts are $36 per person and will take place from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. These meals are eligible for coverage by the Meal Voucher. Tickets may be purchased only by and for the registered attendee. A meal ticket is required for participation, and attendance is limited to 25.
There are two food options: a non-kosher buffet and a packaged kosher meal (dairy).

SIG Luncheons
SIG Luncheons are $54 per person and will take place from 12:15 to 1:30 pm. These meals are eligible for coverage by the Meal Voucher. Tickets may be purchased only by and for the registered attendee. A meal ticket is required for participation, and attendance is limited to 100.
Most of the SIG Luncheons have three food choices: a non-kosher buffet, a kosher chicken plate, and a kosher vegetarian plate. The JRI-Poland Luncheon is all-kosher with only the two kosher options.

Boxed Lunches
Boxed lunches may be pre-ordered for Sunday through Thursday at a cost of $20 each. Kosher options are meat and pareve. Non-kosher options are a beef pastrami sandwich or a smoked cheese sandwich. These meals are eligible for coverage by the Meal Voucher.
The boxed lunches can be picked up at the concession kiosks, which will also selling food that has not been pre-ordered. For more information, see HERE. (The meal voucher cannot be used for concession purchases.)
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Reception
The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Reception will take place from 7:00 to 11:00 pm on Sunday evening. Heavy kosher hors d’oeuvres will be served. Registered attendees may purchase one ticket for themselves at $15 plus up to one additional guest ticket at $50. These items are NOT eligible for coverage by the Meal Voucher.
Gala Banquet
The Gala Banquet is $90 per person and will take place from 7:00 to 9:00 pm on Thursday evening. Dinner plates will be served at the banquet. Choices are chicken, fish, or vegetarian, kosher or non-kosher. These meals are eligible for coverage by the Meal Voucher. Registered attendees may purchase a ticket for themselves plus up to three additional guest tickets.
Medical-Related Dietary Restrictions
All medical-related dietary restrictions that were noted in your registration form will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Kashrut
The kosher meals at the hotel will be prepared by the kosher caterer affiliated with the hotel, Chef Dave’s Catering, which is under the supervision of Cleveland Kosher.
The food at the reception at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame will be provided by Kantina Katering, which is also under the supervision of Cleveland Kosher. They also operate a restaurant at 11303 Euclid Ave east of downtown near the museums.
How to Sign Up

If you have already registered for the Conference:
Go to the Attendee Service Center from the REGISTRATION tab. Sign in with the email address you used for registration and the password from your confirmation message (or any new password that you created later).
On the Welcome page, click on “Update Your Info” (if you were already logged into the Attendee Service Center, you can just select the UPDATE YOUR REGISTRATION & INFO item under the REGISTRATION tab).
On the Update page, click the “Edit” link in the EDIT column in the row for the registrant whose information you want to update.
Continue through the registration form. On the Meal Events page, make your selections. (This would be a good time to update or add other information and to review your family surnames and historical towns.) Be sure to continue through to the end, including the payment and confirmation sections.
- If you have not registered for the Conference: Start with NEW REGISTRATION from the REGISTRATION tab.
The Fine Print
- You must be registered for the Conference to buy tickets. No one may attend any of these meal sessions (“just to listen”) without a ticket. Exceptions: a registered attendee may buy up to three additional banquet tickets for guests who are not registered.
- Registration for meals will close on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 11:59 pm CDT. You may add or change meal reservations via the Attendee Service Center through that date. However, no refunds will be made after July 1.
- Refunds shall be determined under the Conference Terms & Conditions, which you may read and to which you must agree when you complete registration. If you need to review the Terms & Conditions now, under the REGISTRATION tab select Registration Overview.
- If you cancel your registration, you may not transfer a meal ticket to anyone else, whether you receive a refund or not.
- During the Conference, you cannot make any changes to meal reservations. However, it is common for attendees to give, trade, or sell tickets by posting messages or by word of mouth. The Conference does not participate in these transactions but will honor valid tickets presented at the door. Please do not ask for a meal that is not specified on the ticket.
