Westin Warsaw Hotel Information

The conference has an additional block of rooms at the Westin Warsaw, which is located at at the corner of Jana Pawla II and Grzybowska Streets, less than a 10-minute walk to the conference events at the Hilton Warsaw. Rooms are booked via a special web page provided by Westin. The link to that page is included with the confirmation message that you receive after registering for the conference.

With an outstanding buffet breakfast (arguably the best in town), the Westin has good room prices, but it has a much stricter cancellation policy than the Hilton. They reserve the right to charge you for one night if you cancel less than three weeks before check-in.

It is modern, affordable, and closer to the Centrum (City Centre), the Nozyk Synagogue, and the Kosher restaurants. (We do not yet know about Shabbat arrangements at the Westin.)

The very reasonable special conference prices include the buffet breakfast but not free WiFi. The rate for single occupancy is 414 zloty and for double occupancy is 486 zloty, before the 8% tax.

The Westin is offering rooms at the conference rate from August 3 through August 12. (This is a smaller date range than at the Hilton, though we understand that they may be willing to add August 13—as usual “Subject to Availability”.)

Rooms are available with either one or two beds. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. Single and double rooms are shown to the right, and the bathroom is shown below. (Note: we are not sure that these photos are for the conference-rate rooms.)

Registration for the Westin has now opened via a special web page, as with the Hilton. The link to that page is included with the confirmation message that you receive after registering for the conference, and it has been sent to all who registered previously.
