Meal Sign-Ups
Note the meal sign-up deadlines.
- Boxed lunches will close at 11:59 pm EDT on Saturday, July 21.
- SIG luncheons, the Lubliners Reunion Dinner, and the Banquet will close at 11:59 pm EDT on Monday, July 23. Plenty of seats remain for all events except the JRI-Poland luncheon, which is sold out.
Computer Workshops
Most computer workshops have room for more. If any seats are available after the Conference opens, you can sign up at the registration desk. But why wait? Do it before on-line registration closes on Saturday, July 28.
Family Finder
Be sure to check your family surnames and towns in the registration form. If they are missing or incorrect on your printed name badge on site, we will not be able to make any changes. Do this by Saturday, July 28.
It’s not too late to sign up for the IAJGS Conference Family Finder, which allows Conference attendees to search names and towns that other attendees have entered in the JewishGen Family Finder. Details and instructions are HERE. Do this by Saturday, July 28.
Proof Copy of Printed Name Badge
Watch for an email with an advance proof of your printed name badge. You'll be able to make corrections on line before you leave home or while traveling before the Conference. Of course, we can print a corrected badge after you check in, but that would cause a delay for you and perhaps others.
Registration Barcode
Also watch for an email with your registration barcode. Print it and bring it with you or have it available on a mobile device to speed your Conference check-in.
The registration and check-in area will be in the foyer on the ballroom level, one flight up from the lobby of the Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre.
