HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Hilton Warsaw Hotel

Those who have registered for the full Conference (or for at least two days) were able to reserve conference-rate rooms at the Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre, where most of the official sessions will take place. However, the Hilton is essentially sold out. (There are still higher-priced “Executive Rooms” if you really want to be at the conference hotel.)

Westin Warsaw Hotel

When rooms were exhausted in the conference block at the Hilton, we opened a block of conference-rate rooms at the first overflow hotel, the Westin Warsaw.

ibis Style Warszawa City Hotel

Later, we opened a block of conference-rate rooms at a second overflow hotel, the Ibis. be sure to read the terms & conditions, especially regarding cancellations and refunds.

Booking a Room

Reservations at the hotels are made by going to special web pages set up by the hotels.

The links to those pages are included with the confirmation message that is sent when someone registers for the conference. The information is also sent to everyone who registered before a link became available.

In Case of Problems

If you have any problems making reservations, please write to EventPlanner@iajgs2018.org, and one of our event planners, Zabrina or Allison, will help you. Don't be put off if you get an automated “out of the office” reply. They are monitoring their email and will respond. It just may not be instantaneous.
