Attendee Registration

Welcome to the Attendee registration for HECC 2023.

Exhibitors and Speakers MUST register though the Exhibitor Service Center and Speaker Service Center! Please contact your booth and session coordinator for details.

The 2023 HECC Educational Tool is Toybox - an easy to use 3D printer for makers of all ages.

Credit Card payment is the preferred method for conference registration. You can avoid submitting followup documentation and register for the conference instantly via Credit Card. Please talk to your school district purchasing department and ask if they can pay by credit card - it's fast and easy!

Attendees paying by Purchase Order MUST have a copy of the PO to attach to your registration form. The form will not save your progress and will not allow you to finish at a later time. Be prepared to complete your registration form in one sitting. Attendees who wish to pay by credit card may do so and will not need to attach a copy of a PO to use this method of payment. Please click the Start button to begin the attendee registration process.

Click CLEAR SELECTION during registration to make changes to your selection. By checking and unchecking options you may notice some issues with the form - Clear Selection is the recommended way to make changes.
