Register for one day $175.00
Register for two days $325.00
Register for three days $400.00

Two day attendees receive a 2-day Gift.


  • 1 or 2 full days of speaking (Wednesday or Thursday) = FREE conference + tool
  • Concurrent session (Friday) = $50 discount per session
  • These discounts are only for the first TWO presenters registered for a given session. Only two discounts will be given per session.


Please email Brandi Rund at brund@hecc.k12.in.us to cancel your registration. If you have already paid, a refund check will be mailed to you as long as you cancel before November 1.


The 2 day tool is a 2-day Gift.   Any compensation, premium, bonus, or product earned as a result of the purchase of goods or services by the governmental unit becomes the property of the governmental unit per the Accounting and Uniform Compliance Manual for Indiana Public School Corporations from the State Board of Accounts.

If you did not receive an email with your workshop information and password first check your spam filter. If it is not there it is likely that you are not registered. When you fill out the online form you must submit the information. You are then asked to confirm that. You will see a bright yellow highlighted area. Check your information and click OK. If you don't do both steps you are not registered.


Use the password that was sent to you when you registered to log back onto the conference page and edit your registration. As long as there is space in a workshop you can make a change.


A purchase order from your school corporation will guarantee your place in a workshop.  You must attach a copy of the PO to your registration form in order to submit the form.  Prompt payment is required to keep your registration active and ensure your spot in course(s).


Registration will remain open as long as sessions are available.


We do not have a waiting list. Please check the registration site to see if openings occur and check at the registration desk after you complete conference check-in.


Yes. You will see that option after you confirm your registration.


Your registration fee includes a continental breakfast, a box lunch on Wednesday and Thursday and full plated lunch on Friday.  During registration, you have the option to select NO LUNCH.  By making this selection, you understand that you will not be in the daily lunch count and you will not receive a lunch ticket.  This means it is your responsibility to purchase your own lunch at a local restaurant.

HECC will not discount your attendance fee by selecting NO LUNCH.


An ATM is located in the lobby of the Crowne Plaza. There are also numerous banks within walking distance and an ATM in the Circle Centre Mall.


Yes, wireless Internet is available for attendee and exhibitor use and is provided free to our attendees by our sponsors.

While registering as an attendee, in the Review section, you will be able to register and pay for other individuals.  Make sure in the Payment Section, you add the individual's email as the "Assistant's Email" so they receive an email of their registration confirmation.
