COVID-19 Policies

The Financial Services Institute (FSI) continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and well-being of our staff, members, sponsors, and other partners is our top priority. During the OneVoice event, FSI will be holding this meeting in accordance with state and local regulations. However, FSI is unable to guarantee that attendees will not become infected with the virus while attending the OneVoice event.

By registering, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and its variants; the risk that you may be exposed to the virus and become infected as a result of your attendance at the OneVoice event, and the risk associated with attending an in-person event such as OneVoice.

You agree that you will follow all safety protocols required by the hotel, which may include wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. You acknowledged that you may be removed from the event or asked to leave should you refuse to follow the safety protocols or exhibit any behavior not in keeping with the established safety protocols, in which case you will forfeit your OneVoice registration fee.

You agree that you will not attend the OneVoice event if you are experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms as outlined by the CDC, such as fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath. You further agree that you will not attend the OneVoice event if you have been recently exposed to a person with a positive and confirmed case of COVID-19.

Risk & Liability

You agree to assume all the risks and accept responsibility for any consequences related to contracting the virus while traveling for or attending the OneVoice event hosted by FSI.
