Keeping You Safe at OneVoice 2022

Our #1 priority is your health and safety. With these in mind, we are planning a full and enriching experience for all OneVoice attendees. There will be the same valuable programming and events, but some things will look and may feel a little different.

Click here to see how the Hilton Anatole is working to provide a safe environment for us to meet.

In addition, below are some of the enhanced safety measures in place for OneVoice 2022:

  • Per the policy of the Hilton Anatole, masks must be worn throughout the OneVoice 2022 event except when you are eating or drinking.
  • You are encouraged to be vaccinated, test negative for COVID, or both before you arrive in Dallas for OneVoice 2022.
  • If you feel unwell or have recently been exposed to COVID, health guidelines recommend that you do not travel to OneVoice 2022. Please conduct wellness self-monitoring daily while you are in Dallas and before participating in any OneVoice activity.
  • Social distancing is encouraged. Registration, room setups and other physical layouts will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing.
  • OneVoice 2022 attendees will receive color-coded lanyards to indicate their social distancing and interaction preferences. (Lanyards are not indicative of an individual's vaccination status.)
State and federal officials suggest you do not travel to OneVoice 2022 if you feel unwell or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. See specific travel advice here:

FSI will follow all guidance from Dallas County and the state of Texas throughout the OneVoice 2022 event.
