Keeping You Safe at OneVoice 2021

Our #1 priority is your health and safety. With these in mind, we are planning a full and enriching experience for all OneVoice attendees. There will be the same valuable programming and events, but some things will look and may feel a little different.

See how the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is working to provide a safe environment for us to meet:

The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress has earned a GBAC STAR ™ Facility Accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council, the gold standard of venue safety. It also adheres to Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment with rigorous safety and cleanliness protocols.

Listed below are some of the enhanced wellbeing measures you will see and experience at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress:

  • Social distancing measures are strongly encouraged in elevators and while moving around the property. Registration, room setups and other physical layouts will be arranged to ensure appropriate distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer stations and sanitizing wipes are placed throughout the hotel.
  • Food safety protocols are in place.
  • The number of times hotel team members enter guest rooms will be minimized, and certain hotel services are limited. For an up-to-date list of these, click here for updated information from the hotel.

State and federal officials suggest you do not travel to OneVoice 2021 if you feel unwell or may have been recently exposed to COVID-19. See specific travel advice here:
