What is the Event Cancellation Policy?

FSI reserves the right to cancel an event due to any circumstances that in FSI's sole judgement make the event non-viable. If FSI cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, FSI has the right to either issue full refunds or transfer registrations to the same event at the new, future date. Aside from the registration fee, FSI will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant expenses related to the cancellation or postponement of an event.

Cancellation Policy Surrounding COVID-19

  • If FSI cancels the in-person OneVoice 2021 conference in Orlando, all registrants’ registration fees will be transferred to the fully virtual conference, which will be held July 26 - 28.
  • If a registrant can no longer attend the in-person conference due to state and/or institutional travel bans, he/she can transfer his/her registration fees to the virtual conference without penalty.
  • If a registrant can no longer attend the in-person conference due to either themselves or someone in their immediate household tested positive for COVID-19, he/she can transfer his/her registration fees to the virtual conference without penalty.
