Virtual Experience

FSI Forum will be hosted on the same state-of-the-art platform that supported OneVoice 2021, Swapcard. If you attended OneVoice 2021 virtually or used the event app, you will be familiar with how virtual FSI Forum will work. If you’re new to the Swapcard platform, or you would like a refresher, check out the tips below. 
 

Please note that there will be a new FSI Forum app for Apple iOS and Android for download in advance. You will receive an email with links and login information before FSI Forum begins on Nov. 2.
 

Swapcard Tips

Swapcard can be accessed from your phone or your computer, with content, engagement, and community all accessible with a few clicks. All sessions will continue to be through November 30, 2021.

When accessing Swapcard on your computer, please use Google Chrome or Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported, and third-party cookies must be enabled. Technical issues are usually caused by cached data. If you experience a problem, clear your browser’s cache, close the web browser, re-open and log in again.
