All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by September 7, 2018. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after this date. Submit all requests to FSI Registration via email at email@example.com. FSI regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
This event is open to FSI members, nonmembers and select sponsors.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet FSI eligibility policies. FSI reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied with proof of the original confirmation letter. Only one transfer is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from email@example.com.
Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, FSI meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by FSI and other third parties.
