If you are in the c-store and/or petroleum industries, the Sunshine EXPO Tradeshow, taking place on July 27th and 28th 2018 at the Orlando World Center Marriott has been THE event to do business. With thousands of industry leaders from across the Southeast participating and over 300 exhibit booths, the 2018 Sunshine EXPO® is a key destination for the region's top buyers for c-store chains, grocery stores, major oil, wine, beer and spirits retailers and wholesalers. Your Sunshine EXPO Tradeshow booth comes with:

  • 10x10 exhibit space
  • (10) hours of Exhibit time at the Sunshine EXPO on July 27th and 28th
  • (4) Booth worker badges allotted per 10x10 exhibit space (Full conference registration for Friday/Saturday events
  • Booth Package including (1 skirted table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket, 1 back drape, 2 side drapes and id tag) 
  • Company listing on Sunshine EXPO website (alpha sorted with booth number) 
  • Company logo and click through url to company website on live exhibit floor plan 
  • Company Listing in Sunshine EXPO mobile app 
  • Post-show attendee list (mailing addresses and emails) 
  • network, connect and do business with upwards of 1,500 attendees 
  • Additional booth workers may be added at the rate of $150 per additional badge beyond the (4) per 10x10 exhibit space 
Please Note Our Sunshine EXPO® Tradeshow Exhibitor Policy:
In fairness to the exhibitors who financially support the Sunshine EXPO® Tradeshow and to ensure the value of exhibit space at the Tradeshow, it is our policy that any non-exhibiting vendor wishing to attend the Tradeshow shall be charged an amount equal to the fee for one booth space ($2,250). Registration is required to attend this Tradeshow (it is not free to the public). Non-exhibiting vendors who do not pay the fee will not have access to the Tradeshow floor.
