Your exhibitory directory profile must be complete by July 1, 2026 to ensure print deadlines are met.

Exhibitor Kit: Email Cathy@gemsevents.com for a username/password for all ancillary orders in the exhibitor kit. This includes shipping instructions, link to electrical/av/order forms etc.

Suitcasing Policy:

Vendors who do not register under the correct category are subject to forfeiture of their conference/tradeshow registration. Show management may deny access to the tradeshow floor or escort violators from the premises.
