The Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) is an online resource for exhibitors and sponsors of the ERA D2C Convention. The ESC is your one-stop-shop for all things related exhibiting and sponsoring at the show!

After logging into the ESC you will be able to:

  1. Submit Your Company Description - Let attendees know what products and services you have to offer and how they can reach you before, during, or after the show;
  2. Register Exhibitor Staff - Register all your staff for the show through the ESC;
  3. Make hotel reservations - Once you have registered staff members, go to the Hotel Info page to make their housing arrangements;
  4. Print your receipt - Lost your statement? Don't worry, re-print it here!;
  5. View important documents like the Freeman Exhibitor Services Kit.

Please use the email address on your registration and password contained in your confirmation email to login. Can't locate the information? Just use the forgot password feature or email us at registration@retailing.org.

Cancellations MAY NOT be submitted through the Exhibitor Service Center. If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request to registration@retailing.org. Once your registration is canceled you will receive an email cancellation confirmation. Please note that your hotel reservation will also be canceled if you made your reservations through the ERA Housing website.
