Likely the most requested item at the EACUBO Meeting, name badge lanyards are required for admission into the Annual Meeting and are seen by every attendee throughout the event. This sponsorship goes quickly, so ensure you are the organization that has its logo around the neck of every attendee by sponsoring the name badge lanyards. |
All EACUBO attendees and speakers at the Annual Meeting receive a pocket program guide. The guide provides attendees with meeting information to guide them in navigating the Annual Meeting. Your logo will be placed on the cover. Attendees traditionally keep their program guides for years due to the valuable resource information included. |
In today’s technology, almost everyone carries a device that needs to connect to the Internet. With this sponsorship, your name will appear on all technology instructions – the program guide and all signage – on how to connect to the Internet. |
If you do not see a specific item you would like to sponsor but you would still like to contribute to the success of the meeting, please choose this option and identify the amount you would like to contribute for the Overall Sponsorship. The quantity entered will be equivalent to the dollar amount contribution. |
