Welcome to the 2021 Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally Vendor Application/Portal. Vendors play an integral role in our event and we look forward to working with your business to make the 25th Anniversary Rally one for the ages.
From this vendor portal you can complete the application process, request a booth location and make your payment for the 2021 event. Once you have completed the application process, we will determine if your business is a good fit for our event and will either approve your requested booth space of suggest another one. We do our best to assure that like vendors are not located next to each other and we like to give these businesses plenty of space to work. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email that includes log in information for accessing the Vendor Portal.
From the Exhibitor Service Center, you can make updates to your business profile and assign passes for the staff that will be working your booth during the event. We will use this information about your business for our vendor directory which we will post on our website and printed materials during the event.
During the application process, you will be asked to provide information about your business that we require you to have in-order to attend our event as a vendor. These items include a Texas State Sales Tax Permit as well as an insurance policy that covers both your business and The Republic Of Texas Motorcycle Rally. During the application process, each applicant is required to initial that they have read our terms and conditions for participation at the event. It is very important that you make yourself familiar with these terms and conditions as initialing this section indicates to us that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the 2021 Republic Of Texas motorcycle Rally contract. You can print this out for your records from the application as it includes useful information on the rules and how to’s of being a Republic of Texas Motorcycle Rally Vendor.
There are several sections of the application where you can purchase add-on’s to your booth space. These include additional power, Vendor RV Reservations, Featured Vendor Advertising, Austin City Tent Permits and Health Food Permits for Food Vendors. Please be sure to include all of these items in your application as we want to be sure you get we get exactly what you need for when you arrive in June.
