Registration Fees

If you choose to participate online and a campus coordinator has been identified on your campus, your coordinator will organize your participation and collect your $25 fee.
You will be required to complete certain activities during the conference to be eligible to receive a refund or a credit towards February 2021 BEYA STEM Conference in Washington, DC.

** Double occupancy. Must register your roommate when you register.
 

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing by September 24, 2020. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date regardless of the registration date; this includes no-shows. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours of notification, and a $25 processing fee will be deducted. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted in writing without penalty. Simply send your request to registrar@ccgmag.com before the refund deadline.
