Our mobile app provides easy-to-use interactive capabilities to enhance your conference experience. We’ve put the following features in your palm to help:
- Organize exhibitors, speakers, sessions, and event information.
- Create a personal schedule.
- View Schedule At-a-Glance.
- Receive WOC event update alerts.
- Email speakers and exhibitors.
- Locate and bookmark exhibitors to visit on the floor plan map.

How to Download the Mobile App
Download Instructions for Apple Users:
- Visit the App Store and Search “Career Communications Group.”
- Download the app and open.
- Select the 2019 WOC icon to load the show app. Then click on “LOAD”.
- Once logged in, click the “Start” button on the bottom right corner to load the WOC 2019 Show app.
- If you are reading this email on your phone, feel free to click on this icon to access the WOC 2019 app:
- Visit the Google Play Store and Search for “Career Communications Group.”
- Download the app and open.
- Select 2019 WOC STEM to load the show app. Then click on right arrow “>” to load the show

Please follow the steps below if you have downloaded the CCG Events app in the past for other CCG Events:
- Open the CCG Events app and click on the “Start” button for Apple devices or the “>” right arrow for Android devices on the lower right corner.
- Click on “Meetings” on the lower right corner of Apple devices and for Google Play users in the top right on the tiles.
- Select the Women of Color 2018 event icon to load it.
- You will now have the opportunity to toggle back and forth between events.
