Attendee Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise specified during the Event’s registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time. If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the Event start date, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fees minus a processing fee of $200 or the value of your registration, whichever is lower.
Regrettably, Career Communications Group, Inc. cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the Event start date or for non-attendance at the Event. All cancellations must be sent via email to registrar@ccgmag.com and marked for the attention of Customer Services. The email must be received by Career Communications Group, Inc. You acknowledge that a refund of your fees or a portion thereof in accordance with this policy is your sole remedy for any cancellation of your registration by you, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.
