Free Career Fair Registration

Free career fair on Friday and Saturday for those seeking employment. This pass only includes access to the onsite Career Fair and BEYA World II, which features access to the online and in-person Career Fair and Interview Village.
 

 

Professionals

If you are a STEM professional, seminar speaker, awardee, or general attendee, use this link. If you are a job seeker or student, please note that you will use another link. Online access to activities on the BEYA World I and BEYA World II platforms is included in the in-person passes.

 

Students

College students can register here. Please note that student attendance at the 2026 BEYA STEM DTX™ Conference will be in-person and online. This pass will include access to ALL activities on BEYA World I and BEYA World II.


Media
Please register here if you are from the press. This pass can also be used by photographers representing our partners. It will grant you media access to general conference events. It does not grant you access to "invite only" or private events. This pass does not include meals at marquee events where food is being served (Technology Recognition Luncheon and HBCU Engineering Deans' Breakfast).

 

Pre-College Coordinators
Pre-college program coordinators can register here to bring their groups of middle and high school students to the 2026 BEYA STEM DTX™ Conference. This pass includes access to the onsite Career Fair and designated pre-college programming designed to introduce students to STEM pathways and career opportunities. Students will also explore interactive sessions that highlight emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to inspire the next generation of STEM leaders. Coordinators will receive additional details to support trip planning and onsite supervision after signing up.

Attendee Cancellation
Unless otherwise specified during the Event’s registration process, you may cancel your registration at any time. If you cancel your registration at least 30 days before the Event start date, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fees minus a processing fee of $200 or the value of your registration, whichever is lower.

Regrettably, Career Communications Group, Inc. cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the Event start date or for non-attendance at the Event. All cancellations must be sent via email to Registrar@ccgmag.com and marked for the attention of Customer Services. The email must be received by Career Communications Group, Inc. You acknowledge that a refund of your fees or a portion thereof in accordance with this policy is your sole remedy for any cancellation of your registration by you, and all other liabilities are expressly excluded.

 

Photography and Recording at the Event
All unauthorized photography and/or the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited without written consent. You consent to Career Communications Group, Inc. undertaking multimedia recording of the Event which may include your participation in the Event as an attendee (the “Content”) and you consent to the use by Career Communications Group, Inc. of any such recording anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes. You acknowledge and agree that Career Communications Group, Inc. is the exclusive owner of all rights in the Content and hereby waive any and all: (a) rights in and to such Content, and (b) claims that you may have relating to or arising from the Content or its use. Without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree to the use of your contact information to receive messages about offerings by Career Communications Group, Inc., its brands, affiliates and/or third-party partners, consistent with Career Communications Group, Inc. privacy policy in effect at the time of this registration.
